If you are buying real estate in Australia

We are creating a group buying site for people to purchase real estate in Sydney, Australia. Why pay retail for your purchase, when you may be able to buy it wholesale. To qualify, you or your spouse must hold an Australian passport. The property being purchased must be bought by an Australian citizen.

If you are selling real estate in Australia

Our goal is to help sellers reduce the real estate commission and other fees they pay a real estate agent when selling their Sydney property. At this stage this service is only available for Sydney real estate. We are not a real estate agent and we do not sell Sydney property. All we do is introduce a prospective seller to a licensed agent so the vendor can sell their property for a flat fee of 1% plus GST, a total of 1.1% of the sale price. We do not charge you the customer.
